Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for BGN 10 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

No parking available, hotel located in a very crowded area, I would have preferred more varied and higher quality food and drinks

The best part of the hotel was the reception, restaurant, and bar staff. The hotel's location is very good. The sauna area was nice, and for once there were enough sun loungers by the pool
The massage appointments at the spa were limited. Additionally, I had specifically booked an appointment with a female masseuse, which did not happen. Instead, a male masseur arrived, who was also late. When I mentioned that I had intentionally booked with a female masseuse, the female staff member who took the reservation started arguing with me, claiming she had not promised that. Her claim was false because if she had said that only a male masseur was available, I wouldn't have made the booking in the first place. That episode left a slightly unpleasant taste in an otherwise very nice vacation at the Neptun hotel.
