9/10A pleasant stay, but with aspects to be improved regarding services (Wi-Fi and cleanliness). I stayed at this hotel for the first time and overall, the experience was okay, but there are a few details that do not meet the expectations for a resort of this level. The staff was friendly and okay throughout the entire stay. The towels in the room were changed daily.
Wi-Fi Connection: It did not work at all during the stay. For a fairly well-rated resort, in an era where technology is prevalent, it is unacceptable. Although I reported this issue to the reception, no measures were taken to address it. Cleanliness: Much more emphasis could be placed on the general cleanliness of the room, beyond just the daily towel change. Otherwise, everything was fine, but resolving technical issues and attention to detail should be a priority for management.
