The water was cut off at the facility, we could not get a clear information, when it rained, the places with balconies could have been opened instead of making everyone sit in a closed place, they could have offered more options, the lobby bar or snack bar terrace could have been opened..

The room is spacious and very clean. The facilities are very good, it has several pools, a mini Aqua Park, performances, etc.
In terms of value for money, it seems exclusively expensive for what it is. The meals are not very varied, the accommodation is quite a walking distance from the center of Sunny Beach (you have to walk a good distance). At the time of our arrival, they practically did not explain anything about how the hotel worked, so we were quite lost. Another inconvenience we had was that the hotel ran out of water for a whole day and they also charge you money to leave your car in the parking lot, we stayed for 3 days and they charged us 45 euros. And in the hotel description they mention that you have a private beach, which is a lie, to go to that beach you have to be aware of a bus.

The location of the hotel is not as described by the sea.. to reach the beach you have to climb and descend about 15 minutes.. the hotel is very good, but if you go with a child and want to go to the beach, you miss out.. the staff is friendly, you have nothing to complain about except how far it is to the beach.
