Reviewers need to manage their expectations!
8/10For the price I paid, this hotel was pretty good. The location isn't too far from the main strip of Flower Street, and there are also attractions closer by. The food wasn't amazing - but for an all-inclusive holiday where the hotel portion cost less than a weekend in an English caravan, it was nice not having to worry about going out for food all the time. The rooms are well equipped with a fridge, kettle and plenty of plug sockets. The TV has what seems to be just Bulgarian terrestrial TV but there's a decent selection of English games. The staff are very friendly. Their English isn't spot on but you can easily get by. It does seem to be that the hotel is more aimed at domestic customers (we were the only English there!) but they are happy to accommodate everyone.

Vacation with the dog
9/10I came with the dog and unlike other locations, we were not required to pay an extra fee. The staff was okay, we paid for a room and received an apartment. The hotel has a very large and clean pool. Parking was free behind the hotel as it was not so full, but I think in the season, there is a charge of 12 leva in the front parking lot which is supervised.

Accommodation in Avenue Deluxe
9/10The room size was fine. The beds were comfortable and we didn't miss anything during our stay. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were tasty, we had plenty to choose from. We liked the most that at 10:00 PM the music was turned off, and the guests had peace and quiet in the evening. The hotel and staff were very pleasant, and we would definitely recommend a visit to everyone.
We didn't like the drinks by the pool, they weren't as tasty as we expected. The taste of the added syrup was bad. Another thing that bothered us was the poor room sweeping during cleaning, as ants started to accumulate in the room after 3 days. Otherwise, we were satisfied with our stay.

9/10Starting from the accommodation, spacious and comfortable rooms, the bedding was changed every three days, the towels were given whenever we asked without any comments, daily room cleaning. The pool and the pool bar, the pool water was okay, the sunbeds had cushions but were slightly worn out, the drinks were not the best but they were okay, all were produced in Bulgaria. At the table, the food was very tasty and sufficient, there was something to eat for everyone even if you were picky, the waiters were okay, they quickly cleared and cleaned the tables, and were respectful. All in all, everything was very okay, a great hotel from my point of view, I would come back again!!!
The distance to the beaches was quite far, but for us, it was okay as we were getting exercise. At the pool bar, you could only order until 10:00 PM after which you only had water from the dispenser, but you could buy from the supermarket and consume there!!!
