I popped in for a spot of lunch by myself and sat outside. I had the most wonderful time. I was served by Walter who was one of the most friendly, attentive and sweetest gentlemen I’ve ever met and been served by. I had the ceaser salad and without trying to be too dramatic, might have been the best I’ve had. Light, full of flavour and very filling. Thank you to all the staff involved x

The location was perfect. The bar was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a good size.

The pillows were very uncomfortable as far too big. Would have liked the option to change pillows. There was no shower gel provided in room 117. The bottle was not fixed / replaced throughout our stay.

I have just come back from a weekend away with the other half staying at Canopy by London. It was absolutely fantastic. On arrival Joshua at reception was so helpful and lovely. Made us feel so welcome checking in. We was able to check in early too which is unheard of usually from other hotels so we was so grateful. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, the decor all modern and lovely. Smells amazing too. Very clean and downstairs bar is so nice. Rooms were great. So spacious, clean and again decor lovely, amazing to have a mini fridge too. The bed so comfortable we slept so well and it was so quiet. The roof top bar at hotel was beautiful with views and cocktails delicious. I also loved every floor has a water refill and rooms get jugs to refill we absolutely loved this idea especially in the heat! The air con too in rooms and all around hotel was ideal. Shampoo/conditioner also provided. Staff are all fantastic and a credit to this hotel. All were so welcoming and friendly. We felt very looked after. Location for us was absolutely perfect. Tube station round the corner, 10 min walk if that to the River Thames and Tower of London. Lots of pubs and convenience shops near by. Also near the gherkin with lots of restaurants that area. We have been exceptionally impressed with this hotel and would 100% come back and have recommended it to all our family and friends. For the price of rooms for central London and the hotel/service is so worth while. There really wasn’t anything else we could improve and we had a fantastic stay and we look forward to coming back.

Lovely stay

We had such a lovely stay at Canopy, but what really made the experience stand out was Alicia. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, attentive and kind. She made us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Her warmth and professionalism made such a difference, and she is honestly one of the main reasons we would choose to return. The hotel itself was lovely, but it was Alicia’s service that made the stay feel personal and memorable. She is a real credit to the team, and we are very grateful for how well she looked after us.
