The room was very nicely designed, especially with the nook, and the hotel's location is very central.
The staff was unfriendly everywhere except for the maids; the TV in the room did not work properly; the breakfast we ordered to the room arrived ice-cold after 45 minutes; the sink did not drain properly, and there was a fire false alarm that was not handled well at all. As I said, the staff, especially at the reception, were impossible.

This is my second stay at Treehouse, my favorite hotel ever. The location is a treasure and completely safe. I would give 5 stars to the staff, the cleanliness, the location, and the room. The bed is super comfortable. I booked the room with the nook, so I enjoyed the magnificent view from the 9th floor. The room is cleaned daily by this lovely housekeeping lady, and towels are changed daily. The staff's friendliness is great; I had lovely conversations with Wajeed, the night manager, and the Security manager Ramon. I really enjoyed it as a solo traveler, and everyone was nice to me. The Nest bar, which is the rooftop bar, has a magnificent view of central London; they serve great food and drinks. Also, the front office guys were great and helpful. Coming back soon to my favorite hotel.

Quite an average stay, definitely not the 5-star experience other reviews talk about. Really loud noises from above our room on the next floor and smelly pillows and sheets. Building work until late and starting early. Markets itself as kid-friendly, but children can't go to the rooftop area after 5 pm, and the restaurant's menu is too spicy for children with no separate offering.
