Reception area more like a station, and not welcoming, & breakfast was chaotic; it took a long time to be offered coffee and we had to wait more than 10 minutes for empty hot food plates to be refilled

Extremely small and uncomfortable room. Terrible value for the stay price. Too many stars for the hotel quality. Would not choose it again

Fantastic location, couldn't be better!
The hotel's facilities, service, atmosphere, do not feel like a 5-star hotel and do not provide value for the high cost. We were 2 adults + a child and even though the room ad said it was for 3, it was very cramped and the child's bed was uncomfortable.
