Expected to have a soundproofed room but we still heard noise and the air con was so noisy so defeated the whole hope of a good nite’s sleep . No coffee filter cone papers so couldn’t make a coffee ; no biscuits … no milk only what would be an expensive mini bar … a potential eating table was difficult to get around in the way it was designed. No loo brush … a light in bedroom that unable to switch off all nite … confusion as to the cost of breakfast as reception said one price but room leaflet reflected another so we didn’t bother
