The hotel is stylish and the decor is beautiful. The rooms were much better than I initially expected, and the staff were excellent throughout. I had forgotten my charger at home and the reception team very kindly lent me one for the night. The rooftop restaurant was next level: stunning views, amazing cocktails and five star service. Would recommend to anyone looking for something special.
Absolutely nothing. Though we had breakfast included which could have been nicer, but only just picking faults, it wasnt a problem.

Fabulous staff, genuine warm welcome & happy to help with queries. Beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Stunning roof restaurant and cocktail bar with great views, delicious food in Albie restaurant too. Great position for access to Tate, Borough Market & Blackfriars. The staff really helped to make birthday celebrations memorable and thoroughly enjoyable.
